Scott specializes in the area of personal injury actions. His practice includes matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall incidents, premises liability actions, and bad faith claims.

Experience:

Scott began working in the legal field as a law clerk in 2003 when he was a sophomore at Penn State. He has since gained experience performing legal research, writing, and analysis for several Philadelphia firms, including summer internships positions held during law school in the areas of commercial and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to entering law school in 2008, Scott worked directly with attorneys on numerous matters pertaining to investigating and litigating personal injury cases.

Education:

Scott earned his law degree from the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel in 2011. While in school he received special recognition for outstanding oral advocacy during mock oral arguments. Scott also participated in pro bono service projects, through which he assisted victims of domestic violence in filing petitions for protection from abuse orders with the Philadelphia Family Court. He received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a medical and science emphasis from Penn State University in 2006.

Scott is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
