ROBIN SCHLEIFER
Robin specializes in the area of personal injury actions. Her practice includes matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall incidents, premises liability issues, and civil rights violations.
Robin is a trained mediator and participated in the Penn Law Mediation Clinic, through which she served as a volunteer mediator for several custody disputes and small claims court appeals. While in school, Robin clerked at four different area law firms, gaining experience in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, mass tort, commercial litigation, family law, criminal law, real estate law, and bankruptcy law. She also spent one summer volunteering as a legal intern at the Philadelphia Adult Probation and Parole Department for the Court of Common Pleas, where she assisted in analyzing the effectiveness of Gun Court in reducing subsequent criminal behavior.
Robin earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2011. While in law school, Robin was a member of the Executive Board of the University of Pennsylvania's Journal of Business Law, serving as an Executive Editor. She also served as a co-chair for the school's Animal Law Project and was a recipient of the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award in recognition of her dedication of over 120 hours of pro bono work during her time at Penn Law. Robin graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and a concentration in law and deviance. In recognition of her academic achievements at Penn, she was inducted into the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society for Social Sciences. While at Penn, Robin served as the Vice President of Finance and Panhellenic for her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta.
Robin is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
