Zach concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and disability claims. He litigates matters involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and Social Security disability.

Zach joined WSK in February of 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Zach gained civil litigation experience working as a per diem attorney for small firms and solo practitioners. Zach provided in depth legal research, writing and trial preparation in connection with a wide variety of cases.

Prior to graduating law school, Zach served as a legal intern with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. He worked directly with assistant district attorneys prosecuting felony and misdemeanor cases in district courts throughout Chester County. He conducted hundreds of preliminary hearings on behalf of the victims of crime.

Education:

Zach earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2009. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2006 with a major in political science and a minor in economics.

Membership:

Zach is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
