Concentration: 
Ross concentrates his practice in the area of workers’ compensation. He represents injured employees throughout the state of Pennsylvania.

Experience: 
Ross has 18 years of prior work experience as staff counsel for a workers’ compensation insurer, which greatly benefits his practice. Prior to law school, Ross was a high school teacher. He also served three years in the U.S. Marine Corps, and was an infantry platoon commander and company executive officer in Vietnam. He was decorated with the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, the Navy Commendation Medal, the Combat Action ribbon, and the Purple Heart for his service. He was released from active duty with the rank of Captain.

Education: 
Ross earned his law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the College of William and Mary. He was a member of the William and Mary Law Review, and founding member of the St. George Tucker Society which bestows recognition for honors work at Marshall-Wythe. He received an American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence. Ross earned his undergraduate degree at Albright College.

Ross is a member of the Philadelphia and Chester County Bar Associations, and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
