Mimi is a partner in the firm, and trial attorney who specializes in the area personal injury.  She practices throughout the state of Pennsylvania in matters involving motor vehicle collisions, slip/trip and fall incidents, professional malpractice, wrongful death/survival actions, dram shop cases and insurance bad faith.  Mimi also handles a variety of general practice and appellate matters. 
Experience:
During college and graduate business school, Mimi conducted marketing research studies for local businesses and drafted business plans.  After law school, she was a law clerk for six years in the Philadelphia County Court of  Common Pleas where she drafted judicial opinions and briefs regarding various evidentiary and trial matters.

She joined the firm in 2001, and handles arbitrations, trials and appeals in numerous counties.  Mimi is the author of “Pennsylvania Motions in Limine,” a legal text published by Thomson West.  She conducts educational workshops for local entities regarding personal injury law.  She has handled pro bono cases for the Bankruptcy Assistance Project, Support Center for Child Advocates, Volunteers for the Indigent Program, and Legal Aid. 

Mimi is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Lancaster, a year long leadership program.  She is a 2010 participant in the FBI Citizens Academy, a leadership and community outreach program.  Mimi is also a 2007 graduate of the Citizens Police Academy in Whitemarsh Township, Pennsylvania.  She was a Board member of her homeowner’s association for 6 years, and held the position of President. 

Education: Mimi earned her undergraduate degree in Business/Marketing at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and an M.B.A. in Marketing at the University of Pittsburgh where she was a Research Scholar.  She also earned her law degree at Hofstra University in New York in 1994.

Mimi is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.  She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and American Association for Justice.
