Mimi specializes in the area of personal injury actions. She practices throughout the state of Pennsylvania in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, dangerous products, professional negligence, and insurance bad faith matters. Mimi also handles a variety of general practice and appellate matters.
Experience:
During college and graduate business school, Mimi conducted marketing research studies for local businesses and developed recommendations to achieve their business objectives. After law school, she was a law clerk for six years in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas where she drafted judicial opinions and briefs regarding various evidentiary and trial matters.
