Concentration:
Mark concentrates his practice in the area of workers’ compensation. He represents injured workers throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
Experience:
During college, Mark was a student intern for Delaware State Supreme Court Justice Andrew G.T. Moore. During law school, he clerked for the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office in the Bureaus of Consumer Protection and Criminal Appeals. He assisted in the investigation of pyramid schemes and fraudulent business practices, and the drafting of state grand jury presentments.
Mark began his professional legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he represented the interests of crime victims. Subsequently, he practiced as an attorney in an insurance defense firm, and then as staff counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company where he supervised the Pennsylvania workers’ compensation claims litigation for four years.
Education:
Mark earned his undergraduate degree in English at Syracuse University. He obtained his law degree at Widener University School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Outstanding Student Service Award.
Membership:
Mark is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He is also an active member in his synagogue and its Brotherhood.
