Concentration: 
Mimi specializes in the area of personal injury actions.  She practices throughout the state of Pennsylvania in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, dangerous products, professional negligence and insurance bad faith matters.  Mimi also handles a variety of general practice and appellate matters.

Experience:          
During college and graduate business school, Mimi conducted marketing research studies for local businesses and developed recommendations to achieve their business objectives.  After law school, she was a law clerk for six years in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas where she drafted judicial opinions and briefs regarding various evidentiary and trial matters.  She joined the firm in 2001, and handles arbitrations, trials and appeals in numerous counties.  She conducts educational workshops for local entities regarding personal injury law.  She has handled pro bono cases for the Bankruptcy Assistance Project, Support Center for Child Advocates, and Legal Aid.  She is also a 2007 graduate of the Citizens Police Academy in Whitemarsh Township, Pennsylvania.

Education: 
Mimi earned her undergraduate degree in Business/Marketing at George Washington University, and an M.B.A. in Marketing at University of Pittsburgh where she was a Research Scholar.  She also earned her law degree at Hofstra University in 1994.

Membership:  Mimi is a member of the Philadelphia Bar, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.  She is the President of her homeowner’s association. Mimi is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.  She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.  Mimi is also the President of her homeowner’s association.
