Michael Restrepo

Michael Restrepo, Esquire

Concentration: 
Mickey concentrates in personal injury matters.  His trial practice includes motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall incidents, premises liability, product liability, and insurance bad faith matters.

Experience: 
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mickey practiced as an insurance defense attorney, and participated in numerous arbitrations and jury trials.  His experience in defending claims has provided him with invaluable knowledge on how to best negotiate with insurance companies.  He also has years of prior trial experience in general practice, including matters involving real estate, commercial law, tax issues, criminal defense, municipal law, and other general issues. Between college and law school, he worked as a claims adjuster with a large insurance company. 

Mickey has served as an adjunct professor of law at Albright College, a Trustee of the former Reading Rehabilitation Hospital, a Trustee of the WFP Foundation, a Berks County Child Custody Hearing Officer, and a Little League Softball coach.  He campaigned for Berks County Court Common of Pleas Judge at 37 years old, and captured 25% of the vote. 

Education: 
Mickey is a graduate of Tufts University and Georgetown Law Center.

Membership: 
Mickey is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer’s Association, and Berks County Bar Association.
