John J. Beichert

John J. Beichert, Esquire

Concentration:  
John, a partner in the firm, concentrates primarily on workers’ compensation matters, in addition to disability law and personal injury matters.

Experience: 
John has extensive experience litigating workers’ compensation claims throughout the state of Pennsylvania. He is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association on complex issues faced in representing injured workers. John is a strong supporter of the Latino community, and regularly participates in community events. He is active in youth sports programs, and several ministries in his local parish. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for the City of New York, Bronx County, where he represented the interests of crime victims. Subsequently, he shifted the focus of his practice to representing injured workers. John is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.

Education: 
John graduated cum laude from the New York Law School where he was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence. John received his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Virginia

 John is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and New York State Bar Associations, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and Berks and Chester County Bar Associations.
