Edgar Persons

Concentration: 
Ed concentrates his practice in the area of workers’ compensation. He represents injured workers throughout the state of Pennsylvania.

Experience: 
Upon graduation from law school, Ed began his legal career as a general practitioner.  Subsequently, he practiced as a defense attorney for the in-house counsel department of two major insurance companies in Pennsylvania over a 15 year time period.  He specialized in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury.  He participated in numerous arbitrations, jury trials, and workers’ compensation litigation.  His experience in defending claims has provided him with invaluable knowledge in knowing how to best negotiate with insurance companies.  Ed is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Education: 
Ed earned his undergraduate degree in Business at Villanova University. He also earned an M.B.A. in Industrial Management, and his law degree, at Temple University.

Ed is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
