Concentration:
Chuck, a partner in the firm since 1985, concentrates in the area of personal injury actions. His trial practice throughout the state of Pennsylvania includes matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall incidents, premises liability actions and insurance bad faith matters.
Experience:
He is well known statewide to defense counsel and to insurance companies that provide liability coverage, and has earned the reputation of being a highly effective negotiator and skillful trial lawyer. He has published articles, and been a course planner and lecturer on various aspects of a personal injury practice. He is a past recipient of the S.P.C.A. humanitarian award. Chuck was a pro bono attorney for September 11th World Trade Center victims, and obtained multi-million dollar awards from the Victims Compensation Fund. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine. This distinction is limited to only 5% of the legal community of Pennsylvania. He has been a speaker at Penn State University’s Pre-Law Career Day, and mentored interns through the Penn State Legal Internship Program. He has also served as a Moot Court judge for local law schools, and given career day speeches at local high schools.

Chuck is a graduate of Penn State University and Temple University School of Law.
